Avocado Fa-Quiche-a

Woke up today hungry for leftover fajitas. Then I had a brainblast and thought, why not put my leftovers in a steamy breakfast pie? Hence the conception of my Avocado Fa-Quiche-a.
I started with a frozen pie crust, they are super easy to use and pretty cheap. I sprinkled cheese on the bottom of the pie crust, then drizzled cilantro sauce and lime juice over that to make a fresh gooey base.
Then I added 5 prenuggets, un splash of malk, a good portion of fajitas and bell peppers, and spicy bean dip into a bowl and obliterated them together with a fork.  I poured the Mexican mixture into the pie crust and topped it off with more chee, chunks of nature's green butter, and hot sauce I got from Trujillo's *sig chi crunch wrap no sour cream.
I maneuvered this big daddy into my oven, which preheats slower than a walrus's digestive track, for about an hour at 375. Halfway through nuking this little guy, you want to put foil around the crust to keep it from burning. Once you feel he is ready to take on the real world, take him out and wait a few minutes for him to cool down. But if you can't wait, have fun burning your tongue and enjoy that scrumptious breakfast pie.

Cocoa Pancakes

I guess I'll start my blog off like I start every day, with the most important meal. Breakfast is a dish served either cold or hot because It can literally be cold Chinese leftovers or something like this. These are cocoa pancakes with cocoa syrup-butter. I started with 2 cups of a generic pancake mix then another 2 cups of a super moist marble cake mix. I added 3 large almost chickens, the cocoa from the marble cake mix, and some malk. I got it to a somewhat liquidy consistancy. I broke out my trusty skillet that Pam got me for Christmas *shouts out to Pam* and cooked those puppies up. For the cocoa syrup-butter I used the rest of the cocoa, a mammoth-sized heap of butter and syrup. I nuked it then drizzled that liquid gold on my johnny cakes.
